Two Payment Plans

$800 up front or two payments of $500, second payment due in 30 days following registration

($500 + $300 two payment plan if paid 2/28)

Following the first 12 episodes, the payment shifts to $800 per month, no requirement to stay on after the first 12 episodes have been executed
