For eXp, the main objective of a landing page is to entice visitors to click through to another page. We want a prospective agent to sign up for an eXp guide and a phone call with our hiring manage so we can add a new agent to our team.

A landing page is a portion of your sales funnel.

Attract them with the benefits of eXp. Convert them using a focused landing page. Close them over a scheduled phone call. Delight them by producing the promised results.

We want to be able to turn 100 prospective clients into 30 people who visit the landing page into 10 people who opt in for an eXp guide and phone call into 1 or 2 new hires.

At the very least, we want a prospective agent, either someone new to the industry or a current realtor with another brokerage, to get halfway through the funnel which is opting in to receive their free eXp guide. Unlike traditional giveaways, we don’t want their email address. We collect their Facebook profile and then send them the guide through Facebook messenger.
